The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date you received the item, or when a third party (not the carrier) takes possession of the goods on your behalf.

Refunds

- Custom or personalised items.
- Perishable goods or items with expired shelf life.
- Unsealed items not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection.
- Items that have been mixed inseparably with other products after delivery.
Returning Goods
If you would like to return an item, please contact Used Part Zone at support@usedpartzone.com before sending the goods back. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and risk when returning goods.
